Well they finally got the bastard!

I think they oughta tie him to a post in the center of Sarajevo and let nature take its course...(one .22 short in the gut ought to do it.)

Ratko Mladic is still at large...but apparently his trail was crossing with RK's at some point, because they reportedly caught one while following up leads on the other.

Perhaps pliers + blow-torch in Karadzic's interrogation cell could help solve the rest of that puzzle...pop his eyeball out of its socket with a spoon...(but heaven's sakes no waterboarding...)

I'm quite sure that there was some out of the box interogations going on. They've had him in custody since Friday.

Most of the news people are just reporting that they caught him last night. I'm sure that justice will be served, but maybe a little too quickly.

What's most crass about this, is that I heard the f'er has apparently been trying to peddle the line of crap that his treatment these years, being charged with war crimes and all, is somehow a violation of the terms negotiated by Holbrook...he's actually claiming the Dayton Accord legitimized the quest for a Serb state, and thereby (by his reasoning) more or less tacitly gave him a pass on the atrocities committed in the quest thereof!

    Un-b-f'in-lieveable.

Now anybody who's observed any world history knows how these things always work out. You sign whatever agreement is necessary to end the conflict with minimal loss of life...then you put in place a cobbled together government...wait for the political winds to change...basic morality and a sense of civic embarrassment eventually win out as the nation seeks to become legitimate again...somebody rats the cretins out, and they get tried and fried when they're old shriveled & gray.

So somebody fry this aswhole already...next.

    Ec,

Now you've done it...you're going to get the WWE crowd out from under their rocks with that comment!

    Here come some now...

But seriously, the world has enough phoney-baloney Muslim martyrs...the last thing we need is people like this who create genuine ones. Judging from Europe's situation and response, they don't seem to think Karadzic has solved any "problems" for them.

I was in Belgrade in May...and it looks like it would be an easy place to hide in plain sight...especially when many of the citizens think you're a war hero instead of a mass murderer....

Gee, what is the difference between a Muslim and a terrorist?

Where does the Muslim mother fit who is not a terrorist herself but is proud of her son for being a suicide bomber? She even encourages him but she is not a terrorist. So what is she - and what are the rest of them?

So, he's apprehended! Very long and expensive trial and incareration so as to give all the world's politico's a warm, fuzzy feeling of justice served.

    Hey Buzzgun,

Did you ever wonder why America had to step in in Bosnia, Kosovo etc.? Why didn't the Europeans handle this "local" matter themselves? Perhaps they wanted to see the Muslims eliminated in Europe via "ethnic cleansing" but did not have the guts to do it themselves. How many more Muslims would have died if the US had not intervene?

Further, how many Christain churces have been burned by Muslims since we "saved" them?

Perhaps the Europeans were right. After all, they have seen their countries overrun by Muslims. To wit, the riots and fires in France, the bombings in Spain and England, etc.. They also realize that we have been at war with the Muslims for 1400 years! Who is the "we"? - non-Muslims!
