Well yesterday I received a long awaited package in the mail. This project started in June at the Pa state shoot. Wenig staff did a fantastic job and I can not say enough good things about them. The final adjustments and fitting were completed at the Grand. Bill altered this stock and I took it to shoot and loved it. When they carved out the blank everyone was amazed at how nice the inside was and I don't think there is anyone that would disagree.

    Here are a few pictures.

    Enjoy

Very nice! Seems more shooters are doing more than just checkering with some tasteful border carving to set off the stock. I like it!

What wood did you take off? If it's a factory #6 MC, adjustable, I may have a buyer for it.

I couldn't tell you the weight I have two 5" mercury recoil reducers in the stock. I would say its still very close to a regular trap special stock maybe a few ounces more but not much.
