I purchased a k-80 today at auction for what I believe to be a great price. I would like to run it by the more knowledgeable shooters on here and see what this gun is worth. It is a K-80 rt with 28" skeet barrels and a set of k32 32" trap barrels choked i/m and full. adjustable come and length of pull. I would rate the wood and finish of the gun 95% it also came with a nice 2 barrel aluminum hard case. So what do you think??

    Thanks in advance,
    John

Knowing that, then you probably paid something like $2800 for it.

It would take me a few hours to get to Terre Haute. I've heard about that auction and thought that I might attend one of these years.

Those are very early K32 barrels by the rib- do they even have the removable front barrel hanger?

You paid $4500? if you did and broke that down- 28 inch plain skeet barrel- 1000-1200 -- the K32 barrel 800-1000 the R&I 2000-2500 (probably 2000 as I see a lot of nickle wear on that receiver)

    Those are price value ranges

So did you get a good deal or not if you paid 4500?

How do you define good deal?

R/T is a less desirable receiver and if it has K-80 on the side of the receiver it's worth even less. R/T's can't be made in to release triggers. My estimate is around 4000-5000 true value.
