They are reloads I scraped a handful from the grounds and they had no label as to what they were, could have been 71/2 but they were quite large. Think maybe that is why my pattern sucks

Are you using a synthetic rubber sling? Natural rubber has a more favorable pressure-curve...

STOP USING THOSE RELOADS! Use only factory rocks! Don't you have any concern for the damage and injury you could cause to your fellow sling-shot shooters?

If you use condoms for the slings you will find that it will shoot straighter and pattern better. Get the large size. R

Your wrist is too limp and small. Those daily exercises need more duration or repetitions.

sounds like cross-eye dominance problem to me......you should wear an eye patch on your left eye when you shoot.

You are tempting fate making any adjustments on your own. Get a qualified slingshotsmith (maybe Tron) to adjust it. With the recent rash of shotgun and pellet gun blow-ups, we don't need slingshot mishaps!

Make sure you bring the pouch consistantly to the same place on your cheek each time you pull back, then follow through with your slingshot slightly down and to the right. Don't raise your head as you release. Do you slingshot with one eye or two? If two eyed, and shooting right handed, you need a dog laying down on your left.
