I just got a spolar gold reloader. Beautiful reloader. So far I've reloaded about 300 12 gauge shells out of it. Performed flawlessly. I am very satisfied in my investment. Will post pics soon.

Congratulations. You'll love it or should I say continue to love it. What's the waiting time to get one these days?

Waiting time is about 2.5 months. But the final product is worth the wait. The price burns a hole in your pocket though.

They are worth it though and I doubt you'll ever regret it. I haven't and I have had mine many years.

If only they had the auto case feeder option. Well, we can only dream. As many shells that I have loaded over the years I can't imagine having to pull the handle or adding a shell every time you pull the trigger. I did one day disconnect my auto drive just to see what I have missing and it took me about fifteen handle pulls before I decided to heck with this. Someone please invent a case feeder for the Spolar.

I bought a new Spolar many year ago (serial #483) then added the hydralics a year later. I just can't break it!! I have been trying to buy a second one right here on this forum for over two years and and been a day later everytime one came up for sale. I final broke down and ordered a second one with the hydralics the middle of January. I will have it in 4 to 5 weeks. Enough said.

    Good machine.

I'd be curious to know what brand of primer you are going to use?

Do you plan on using Remington primers?

    Thanks ....

Order a couple of "plastic wad fingers" as back up. It is the only thing that breaks... cost is under a dollar a piece. Same as Hornaday [made by Hornaday]. The machine is just a pleasure to use... worth every penney. Fred

    Contragulations on your new loader.

I know most good brand loaders will load ammo faster than most of us can afford to shoot it. But I really love the way Spolar gets the job done. A first class machine and IMHO one of the best customer service in the shooting sports.

fssberson: Where are you buying wad guide fingers for less than a dollar? I need to stock up at that price.

I have a Spolar Reloader with Hydraulic in 12 ga. that I need to sell. I used it for 1 year when my daughter and I were shooting about 500 rds a week. If you are interested, shoot me an e-mail at drrjs@comcast.net. I still have the original box for shipping, and I live in the Philly area. I'm willing to work a good deal.
