We are thankful we have a supplier in the central valley so close by .
Some people will shop out of state to save a few pennys but ,go to J&S
when they are in dire need .If you don't support your local suppliers
then plan on paying shipping .The other reason people buy out of state
is to try NOT to pay State Sales Tax , that, will soon come to and End .
Jerry ,JW and Ken are good people that will work to get you the BEST
price possibble GIVE THEM A TRY and I know you'll save $ on the end .

I have had various experiences with J&S. In recent years they have NOT been competitive with out of state companies even paying hazmat. I have pleaded with them to just get close, and sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.

I don't know who owned it 25 years ago, but they were the bomb then. Now, probably due to need to make higher margins, they just have not played nice with others, even when you point out the obvious to them.

I did score a pallet of WC shot last year at a decent price. It was worth a couple of bucks a bag to me to have West Coast over others.

Yea , I agree with you fellas , you can buy sometimes cheaper somewhere
else but , when there is no supplier close to home ??? If you look on their
Website , they have some very good programs . Check it OUT !
IT's always interesting , when a company sponsors youth shooting and
tournaments in your area as well as state shooting events some people
don't even (think) and try to support our local supplier .
