    He was 99. Saw him speak once, what a great man. May he rest in peace.

    Yes a man of class and integrity. You don't see much of either in sports (and many segments of life) any more. I noticed in a July, 2009 interview that he referred to Kareem Abdul Jabbar as "Lewis".
