Jaqua's is a nice place to shoot. The folks running the place are good people. Have shot some good scores there.

Jim; I looked for you but no one would admitt to being a Buckeye supporter. I did splurge and get a double cheeseburger, the hell with my diet. Maybe at the Grand seeing as some don't think anybody will be there.

I heard Beretta was there and gave away a 682 Un-single combo. Wish I could have made it.

The Buckeyes. Is that the same Buckeyes that the Florida Gators OWN?

OK Neb, I'll bite. Everyone knows that the ATA does not allow any COMPULSORY PURSES in registered events, so what really was that option to which you referred?

The rule in Section VIII-A of the rule books states:

"No compulsory purse and/or option of any type shall be permitted
in any tournament in which ATA trophies or ATA added monies are
    provided."

By ATA trophies, I take this to mean trophies supplied by the ATA. If there were no ATA trophies or ATA added monies then the compulsory purse would be legal.

OK, I stand corrected. Looks like it would have been a good shoot.
