I know this sight has a lot of knowledge on it, so I thought I would give it a try in my search for this gun part.

I am helping out a friend trying to find a clip for a J C Higgins rifle model 42 D L. It looks like Marlin may have been the manufacture of the gun. From doing a Google search it seems that the model 80 may have been the same clip.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Thanks

I don't remember the model of my first ever 22 but it was a Higgins and I lost the mag. Sears told me to order it from Marlin. I did and it went right in and worked great with no mods. I put thousands and thousand of rounds down that barrel without a hitch. Sure wish I never sold it. JRM

I am pretty sure Numrich arms now calls itself "Gun Parts Corp". They have been able to supply me with lots of rare parts.
