Any way I can shorten the LOP on a Counter Coil stock other than cut more wood or use thin pad?

    Thank you for your advise.

If you want to still make use of the Counter Coil's main feature...no. You could possibly disable the movement by fully collapsing the unit and installing a set screw or two against the guide rods, that may shorten it by maybe 1/2".

    GunDr., thank you.

I spend 15 minutes try to figure it out, didn't see any build in features to shorten it, glad I asked. Luckily the one I bought came with a 1-1/8" pad, I can change to a thiner pad.

Anyone know who makes the thinest soft pad ?

    Steve,
I'm shooting a .875 on my Kolar. They are made by Kick-Eez.
    Hope this helps, Roy

Thank you for your advise, I found Kick-Eez make 1/2" pad in their 301 series. Or I can get a slip over one from them with 1/4" pad. I can get it from Brownells.
