This is a Senior Smoke kind of question ....

Shoot the weekend and suffer on Monday.

This fat, worn out,old arthritic body will be 79 next month ... after shooting all weekend .... EVERYTHING hurts all day Monday.

Why do I still do it?

Meet and hang with friends that I have known for 35 years.

    I am addicted to shooting.

Something that I still can do with a reasonable amount of success.

    I am addicted to shooting.

Need to use up all the reloads that I generate (My other hobby).

    I am addicted to shooting.

It gets me out of the house into fresh air and sunshine.

    I am addicted to shooting.

If the Moon is in the right phase and my friend Mr Art Ritis is not here ... I can sometimes shoot a winning score.

    I am addicted to shooting.

All the above are good reasons. Just remember that if there comes a day you don't want to do it any more you will suffer the most excruciating withdrawal pains known to mankind. Worse even that a city junkie coming off heh-ro-wine.

I completely sympathize with you. I wish I could commit the effort I put in to shooting for the good of man kind. But I can't.
