The only difference b/w a RH assembly and a LH assembly is the carrier (you do need a LH carrier for a LH gun, or a RH carrier for a RH gun), and the direction that the safety operates in, meaning that the safety is pushed to the left on a RH trigger, and to the right on a LH trigger, to be in FIRE mode. The good news is that you can use a Timney in a LH gun, you just have to put the correct carrier on.
