DeVault & DeBow clinic at the St. Charles Sportsman's Club In Elburn. Plans are for July 18, 19. Ten shooters needed. See clinic link for details.

These guys are great: gun fit, pattern board, coaching on the line, follow up...

    Thanks,
    Joe

    Sorry guys,

I had a brain fart and put down the wrong cell number. It is 330-936-5102. I have three people that have signed up for the clinic so far and we hope that it will fill. Remember to fill out the form on the ddshooting.com web site and send in your deposit so your spot is secured.

    Thank you,

    Dean & Dennis

If you're coming from out of town and need a hotel, print the first page of the document in the link above.

The clinic is next weekend and if you want to confirm your spot please send the deposits in or call the shop with a credit card, shop number is 330-456-6070. Dave, Got that poster up last night at Elburn and sent out an email to the guys from Naperville who order reloading components. Noticed Andrea took a tag from the poster. Cle is working on an email for Elburn members. Andrea said the email guys have been out of town.

Please note the clinic includes a 'gun fit' component, not a complete stock fitting. A stock fitting takes a whole day+ with Dennis just by yourself. If you want that, you'll have to make arrangements with Dennis separately. In the clinic, you are part of a group so it's not possible to get a complete stock fitting.

The questionaire for the clinic asks if you have an adj comb and butt plate. I'm sure the purpose of this is to let the instructors know what options they will have in tweaking your gun for a better fit.

Email went out to Naperville membership.

Lunch will be in town on our own initiative. There are several places in nearby Elburn where we can get a good meal. Country Kettle and Knuckleheads are two that come to mind.

At this time we have (8) confirmed deposits. If anyone has sent in an evaluation form and did not send us a deposit your spot is not secure. The date we receive the deposits will seal your spot. Dean and I look forward in seeing everyone next week it should be a good clinic. Thanks to Joe and the St. Charles gun club for making this possible.

    Notes to attendees:

Review the clinic website beforehand. It contains a rough schedule. See the Website Address above.

Gates open each day between 8:15AM - 8:30AM. Please arrive by 8:30.

When you do arrive, drive down to traps 5 and 6 and put your guns together.

Shells can be purchased in the club house as well as cold bottled water. Restrooms are there too. The water in the club house is not drinkable.

Please share Dean and Dennis. Everyone will get one-on-one time with these experts. When someone else is getting their time, take notes or listen in.

Put your empty shell boxes in a pile at the gun racks. We will use these to count targets. You can reclaim at the end of the day. We will split target cost ($21/100) evenly between all attendees.

A tip for the trap help is the courteous thing to do.

DeVault Industries hats and shirts can be purchased at:http: //www.windycityshooting.com/devault-industries-s/90.htm

Questions? Email me at joemkuhn at gmail dot com.

See you at the clinic. Stay open to the learning. It will be a great experience! Joe
