The Victor Rod & Gun Club will host the 5th shoot of the year this Saturday and Sunday. Shooting starts at 9:00 am both days. The Stein & Hayes Trophies will be competed for again for an optional $1. entry. Hopefully everyone will remember to bring a toy or two for our annual "Toys for Tots" collection. If everything goes according to plan, a few Marines will show up around noon on Sunday and stay for a few hours. The rain should end before Saturday. 2 inches or more of rain could dampen a persons spirits! See you there? Larry Evans

Hello Larry, Marna, Dave and Judy:

I will be there with bells on, Larry. Most likely Sunday.

Hello Dave & Judy - Miss you guys. I'll bet you don't miss the cold and snow, do you? Well, enjoy your warm temperatures. We will enjoy the cold and the snow. That is until we get back inside near a roaring fireplace. HOHOHOHO LOL.

This is a winter league after all. LMAO

Best wishes to you all this holiday season.

Balmy weather? We had 5" of snow yesterday after getting 1.75" of rain in the night. Highs for the weekend will be in the low 30s. Judy-- check Dave's temperature. I think the hot sun in SC has given him heat stroke. Larry

    Larry,

The darned old fool is still wearing his shorts outside every day, while the southerners are wearing winter coats.

Yeah, he's got heat stroke alright !

I just got back from shooting a few practice rounds for tomorrow and the snow is definitely a challenge to shoot in for the first time ever. It seems like my beads just disappear.

Still not sure if its time to ditch the shorts, I'll have to sleep on it.

Standing on post # 2 in the photo is Lauren Heppner who won the Crosman Nitrogen powered air rifle in the "incentive raffle" last month. I am inside the Club House eating breakfast and doing my Secretarial duties (staying warm). Larry Evans

    Larry,

Somehow we figured you were always the smartest of the group...

Sit inside all day, wind, snow, rain, cold...Nothing ever bothers you..

Another Ha ha from down south..

Mr. Jetboat..Thank you very much for the pictures. We hope you will continue taking them at each shoot so we can see what it "WAS" like.

Hope Today is a good one, Dave and Judy
