I am considering installing an in-Butt Stock recoil tube (Edwards, Gryco, Etc) in my new K80 Trap Special to slightly reduce recoil without adding the weight of a Rad like I am shooting on my Perazzi now. Tubes weigh about 6 oz. I am trying keep the gun from becoming Butt heavy.

What has your experience been with using this type of recoil device ?

Call Bruce Bowen and get you a Dead Mule. Weighs 7oz. and works great. You can also remove the stock without removing the reducer. Hope this helps, I have C&H, Gracoil and Bear Trap, they all work good.
