Noticed a burying kit for guns in a catalog recently. It consisted of a large tube with special wraps. Might be a good idea. Just remember to report them stolen to the local authorities in case some.

Ok here is the bottom line. As gun owners we will NOT get everything we want. We are going to have to make some sacrifices, as will the other side. That is just the way it is going to be. If a sacrifice, or compromise is made, it will be a psychological victory for the gun control people that will really not affect gun owners that much. An example of this would be requiring gun locks, or mandatory firearms safety courses. Yes it sucks, but is it really THAT big of a deal? People on both sides need to be a bit more realistic what are more or less their demands.

The former federal liberal government baned some hand guns up here in Canada when they passed our current legislation. Very few were turned in voluntarily. The government never acted on the confiscation because they knew that they would have to buy them at fair market value. They would also have to go through the court system to keep them from being returned to the lawful owner. The cost would be prohibitive, so they never acted on the confiscation.

I believe that it is part of the process to get some gun laws through, so people will be in favor of the lesser laws as they are "better than a ban". Bill Malcolm

Are you retarded? The founding fathers made it perfectly clear. Read the damn constitution would you?

    Amendment II

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

    Enough said.....
