As Curt Jones says "more fun with you clothes on than anything else you've done"...

Mark the date on your calendar now and plan to have a great time!

    Rich...

I'll move it back to January 10th..... not a problem.

Will get the website redone too.

You need to find someone to redo the Oxford website and get it up to speed.

Wilmington Trapshooting Assn. is on Rt 40 at the intersection of Pleasant Valley Rd, about 1 mile west of Glasgow DE.

We have a big sign at the entrance.

    Trapshooterjoe...

Long Bird Game (both single shooter and Buddy) will start 32 yds., then the 33 and if needed the 34. Final shoot off's will be determined as needed (approx. 40 yds.+). As there is a residential subdivision next to the club, we'll only use ATA approved ammo.

bakergun: The games will be held at the Wilmington Trap Club, Rt. 40, Glasgow, DE. Check out their website and the Delaware Trapshooting website for directions and other details.

That reminds me of really shooting icicles when I was a kid. When we had an ice storm my and my buddies would tromp out to the creek where there was overhanging bluffs. When everything was just right there would be hundreds or more icicles hanging down in various sizes and lengths. No telling how many boxes (never saw a brick back then) of 22 shells we shot, every so often you'd make a lucky shot and a big column would come crashing down into the creek. As the day got later all the big stuff would be gone and you'd have to try and pick off the little ones. They guys with scopes had a big advantage with the little ones.

I guess if you tried that today they'd arrest you for terrorism or something.

Thanks for the date change. No need to fight over the same shooters. I wish I had some flexability with our shoot dates but when you try to offer everything that suffers. Looking forward to seeing you and your crew on Nov 1st shoot for NY Strip and other Big meat prizes.

Our webmaster (Danno the Magnificent) has changed the date so as not to interfere with the scheduled Oxford shoot dates...

I'll bet that the Long Bird Team from WTA can whoop the Oxford Team!!

    The gauntlet has been thrown...

By popular demand, Curt has added another game to the schedule:
