Does anyone have the specifications on how to build a Puller, Scorer chair?
What height does it need to be for singles and handicap events?
Does ATA have any specs on it?
We are looking to build one for our club and any help will get you a BIG Thanks.

This one is welded steel tube but I suppose you could use the measurements and make it out of whatever you want, modifying as desired:

Think about using skid rails with curves ends out of muffler pipe if you shoot in the snow instead of wheels. Our grounds are grass mostly.

No, I don't. I didn't even know that ATA had specifications for scorer's chairs. It's the only measured drawing for a chair I've ever seen so I hang onto it and post it when someone asks for one.
