Hello all. Well, since some of you know me from this site, I was wondering if I could get some help in a personal matter. Here goes:

Recently, my girlfriend of 2.5 years began some suspicious behavior. For the past two weeks, she'd been coming home late from work without calling me. Two days ago, I confronted her after she didn't get home till about 4:30 in the morning (she gets off at 8:00PM!) and asked where she'd been. She told me, "out with my friend." When I asked her which friend, (since I know all her friends,) she replied, "nobody you know."
Well, last night, she was late yet again, so I decided to hide beside my truck and wait till she got home, hoping to catch her with somebody. While waiting, I noticed a huge scratch in the rear quarter panel of my truck, which wasn't there before.

Here's where I need help, and this is really important------------should I fix the scratch myself, or take it to a body shop???

I think a body shop might do a better job. What do you think?

BTW, I know where she is,

Jerbear, I recommend Meguiar's "Scratch X", a few flannel buffing cloths, a comfortable chair and a 12-pack of beer. When I had this similar problem I sat in the chair and enjoyed the beer while I watched the scratchee rub out the scratches. It takes a while this way, but I had enough beer to get through it.

Try to fix it yourself, those body shops are getting rediculous with their prices ... WPT ... (YAC) ...
