I need old gun info

    I have this old 12 gauge shotgun, and have no idea where it was made or when.

    I would like what ever information anyone would have. thank you

    Check with the NRA, they have a gent that ident's old guns.

    Drop a light down the bores and see if one side isn't rifled. North European, most likely German. Looks to be high quality piece. Turn of the century styling.

    Looks like a high grade european hammer gun may be quite valuable. I would contact several gun dealers and ask the value. The key is asking the better gun dealers who sell hi grade gun you will get a cross section of value and then go from there proceed with caution as they are looking to buy with a profit in mind and entitled to a profit for their investment but not a home run because you did not know what value it has. Pugleisie guns is a good place to start it is his type of merchandise.

    good comments, and I tracked down some of the suggestions. I have not found out the gun maker or the age.
