I juist went back to put a post on a thread and it is closed to posting. My question why? Is it out of time to do so or did someone object to it? Also the thread is still on TS.com

Give you a hint....It's in the bottom half of the "Off Topics" category. Don't know what closed it, but it's not hard to imagine.

That is one of the other threads that were closed to further posting. There are usually several. It happens when someone posts something that someone does not like or finds offensive, abusive, or obscene. The thread you mentioned is falling off the map. It's over 3 days old, so you'd have to look at older threads to find it. With no new posts, they just fall off the radar. More often than not, the offending post would be edited or deleted.

EE, DUHHHH, to restate my question Why was it closed to posting? I didn't see anything out of line in any way. I still feel if someone felt offended then state who and why they felt that way. To just close it is wrong. In this country we have a right to see our accusers.

The people who own this website can do whatever they want to and rightfully so. It's their dime...

I'm surprised there isn't more closings or removals. Sometimes things can get way out of hand.

If someone closes a thread give a reason. If you can't or won't give a reason then don't close the thread. Plain and simple.

Wonder if it was because of your racist characterizations of the Japanese?

Nice attitude Auctionman. You want to set the rules start your own site. You are a guest here, act like it, nobody owes you anything.

No not BS. It's the rules here and most everyone here has learned to accept them and play by them. The site owner and moderators can do what they want, when they want with no explanation required. If you don't like the rules then don't play.

No we're not sheep but we know how to play by the rules just as on the trap field. You're just being stubborn and closed minded. See how far it gets you here.
