Well, I got the hammer dropped on me this morning. Called Guns Unlimited and ordered a 32" 20 ga Special Sporter with High Post Rib.

I had sworn off loading anything but a 12, but Special Editions are some of the best Tournament guns ever made. Had to have one.

I have two handguns for sale here. Somebody PLEASE buy them, or I will be eating Ramen noodles the rest of the year. LOL

Now, I need a 20 ga Mec 9000 press. And so it starts. (sigh)

Nice Springfield and Glock, and priced right too.

......I'm a revolver guy but the .45 is tempting.

    Dear Rick

I will make you a great deal on both of them. Sporter is on the way, I need to make (financial) room for the Browning.

Browning Special Sporting Clays Edition. A remake of one of the best tournament guns ever made.

I swore off loading anything but 12's, but you know how it is. NEVER SAY NEVER. LOL

I know the feeling Coach. I found a 1993 Jeep with a hard top and A/c for $3800.00 and I'm not going to borrow money to buy it. I only have $2800.00 play money saved and was thinking about selling a sporting 410 1100 and maybe a rifle as I don't want it to get away. LOL Jackie B.

Well, I lost my @$$ on the two guns I posted here, but with a little boot, I got the Sporter paid for. LOL

Now, to find a MEC 9000 in 20 ga. I can get a new GN for about $415, but a good used one will work.

Got the Sporter in today, it is still in the shipping carton. A dear friend gave me a 9000GN press, hulls, and wads. He got out of loading the 20. Lucky for me, a real friend. I owe him big time.

Started at Nashville Gun Club today, worked on trap machines 9-6. The staff is prepping for the Winter Series Sporting shoot tomorrow.

A rainy day is in the forecast, but Sporting shooters seem to relish bad weather.

I guess I better keep the 20. I can load 3/4 oz in it and shoot CHEAP. LOL

Finally got the Sporter unboxed, along with a '94 Winchester XTR that has been "massaged" by Wild West Guns.

The Sporter is a keeper. The 32" barrels feel even better than I had hoped.

It is an absolute littermate for my 1994 Special Sporter. Nice job, Browning.

Thanks, Guns Unlimited, for resurrecting a true classic.
