    My understanding is this:

We will begin paying premiums on the fiasco they are shoving down our throats immediately, BUT not have coverage for 4 years.

If a company does not pay for healthcare coverage, they will be fined to "offset" the cost. Now if this goes into effect immediately and I am paying several thousand dollars for my ee's coverage, what benefit do I have to continue paying part or all of the premiums today. If I decide to STOP paying premiums for the ee's, what will the ee do for the next 4 years. The ee will not be able to find coverage at a comparable cost and with the economy in the condition it is, what is this likely to do????
