If the weather in and around Billings/Huntley is anything like it is here in Rapid City, cross-country skiing would be too dangerous.

This has to be one of the worst blizzards in a long while here. And to think it was 83ºF here on Monday, and in the 70ºs on Tuesdy. I shot league in shorts Tuesday afternoon.

There's no travel in Rapid City except for emergencies.

Its starting to get nice here in Sheridan, Huntley is suppose to be 60-70 for the weekend. We are on the edge of the storm, I feel for you guys in Rapid, where was all this snow when we wanted it? I am getting sick of winter, I think its time to move farther south.

That's my snowblower there at the left... I was going to put it away last week when it was hot here... I, uh, know better around here. Probably won't be shooting tomorrow or Sunday... although they say it will be 50º tomorrow. Damn good thing skin is flexible!!!!!!!!

It is a two day shoot. 300 targets each day(100 of each). Start time 9:30 AM both days. Weather forecast is 62 partly cloudy on Sat. and 64 with possible showers on Sun.

Tilden trophy buckles will be awarded. Huntley's "Corn" shoot in the fall awards buckles featuring an ear of corn. This spring shoot is called the "Rocky Mountain Oyster" shoot..........it'll be interesting to see what the buckles look like?

Just got back from the Huntley shoot, a great time was had by all. I would encourage any one who hasnt been to this shoot to go, it is one of the most well run and organized shoots I have been too. All you can eat rocky mountain oysters and chicken wings, cant beat a deal like that. I am looking forward to the corn shoot later in the season. Great job guys, you can be proud of your selves.
