Is there a way to tell a shooters class from the shooters information center?

Depends on the shoot... Look in the rule book and you will get a rough idea. If a shoot only has 4 classes (A-D)the numbers will change compared to a shoot that has AAA-D.

You use the entire target year. Or, as it was explained to me, if less than 500 targets in the current target year, include the last targets of the last year to get to 500. For example, if someone has only shot 200 singles targets for 2008, you would use those 200 targets, and the last 300 targets from 2007 to compute the average.
