According to my information, the K-80 line of Krieghoff's started out with serial number 12,000 but that doesn't mean there aren't any earlier numbers around. I've been into guns for to long to be suprised -- but I would be suspicious.

A friend of mine has an Exhibition grade K-32 and so marked onthe bottom, it has the K-80 lockup and trigger so it really is a K-80. The gun was engraved by Reich at the Grand. He has all the papers to prove it. If I remember right it is serial# 11,57X

I use to own 11850 it was a combo in a red leather looking case, K80 logo on side of frame. barrels were 30/34 with paralell ribs tapered in the back like a skeet gun. Bought it new in 1981 and sold it 1996 for more money than it cost new.
Broke a hammer once and that was the only problem in over 100000 rounds. Great gun should have kept it.

    Ok..Folks

I know where there is a new, in the box, unfired after proofing ... M32 Krieghoff..30" bbls...with serial number 7777. It is in the Allem Guncraft's personal collection. IT IS NOT FOR SALE !!!!!!! John decided to keep this one because of the serial number. Although, when you're there, if you ask to look at it, you can but he doesn't like it to be handled. This is one sweet gun !!!!

They also have several, new..still in the factory boxes...never opened...still factory sealed...M32 Receivers. I know there is at least 1 (maybe more) Phantom Receivers there also.

I saw that reciever before it was assembled at Allems 20 years ago he said then it was for a special project. A trip to the attic there was something. Jeff

John also made a limited number, if I remember correctly, 50...unsingle bbls for the MX 8 Specials. Perazzi mono blocks with Krieghoff bbls and fully adjustable ribs....34". I used to have pics of it but can't find them now.

I asked several times but he isn't selling the ones he has now.
