    Where in S. CA?

It was 75 when we had lunch at an outdoor restaurant in downtown Manhattan Beach (CA), and it was 64 when we had dinner in our back yard this evening.

We had two weeks of daytime temps over 99 degrees and it's finally cooled off as it was only 95 yesterday. Jackie B.

WPT, I lived in Las Vegas back in the 80's and it got to 115 in the summmer back then too. The car door handles on most makes and models had the crome handle that stuck out and you used your thumb to push in the button??? They would burn the hand of most people in the summer there. Had to use a towel to open the door if you parked in the sun. But like you said, its a dry heat. LOL. Break-em all. Jeff

What?? This pisses me off. 11 posts about heat and no mention of Sparta, IL and its life threatening heat? You mean it gets hot everywhere in the US?

It is only 95 with 40% humidity today in NE Mississippi.

The wheel on my electric meter is spinning so fast that if I had a flux capacitor to hook to it, I could go back in time.

I am with the guy from Texas. No more shooting until Fall.

This 90 degree and 100 percent humidity here in central Indiana is not for shooting.

105 today in Lawton, OK. The average high for June was 102.6. Things aren't looking good this year for SW Oklahoma.

Sunny. Highs 101 to 106. Light winds in the morning becoming northwest around 10 mph in the afternoon. Lovely.....

Been watching the high temperatures in the Lawton, OK area. I am coming out to hunt doves around the first of September for 15 days. Hope it at least drops back below 100 and there are some crops to hunt over.

Mistakenly grabbed the barrel after shooting... burned my hand. In So. CA. any place along the coast is nice, move inland and it is above 100+, but it is a dry heat = BS! Fred
