How High is High?

    If your gun shoots 100% high...that's 15" high--30" circle--40 yards...RIGHT?

    What if you had a really tight choke that gave a 20" pattern @ 40 yards.

    Then.....10" high = 100%?

    My TMX shoots a tight pattern 9" high at 40 yards but when I count the pellet holes 90% of them are above the POA so I think the percentage system is relatively useless.

    percentages are to patterns what drams are to shotshell velocities...

    I understand 9" and 1200 fps much easier...

    If your "HIGH" you shouldn't be shooting or driving. Sorry, but I couldn't resist stating that.
