I'm looking to go out the Grand American in 2010. How early do I need to book a room? Thanks, Dave T.

I just got a letter from Best Western in Chester yesterday to confirm reservations. I called about two months ago. They said then that they had three rooms left and that was what we needed. You may be late now. We are going for pre-lims and rooms are not quite as tight then. We stayed there last year and it is a nice place not too unreasonable and about 20 min away.
    Good Luck!

For the 2010 Grand, many will not even accept reservations more than a year in advance. I've not had a problem reserving sometime in August-Jan for the following Grand.
