Can't believe they won, they were way to slow too beat a west coast team. Got to be true, that's what the media said!

Hey Buzz, I'm happy we didn't bet. My check would have had tears all over it! LOL Depending on who's there, maybe next year.

Pryor was a freak of nature when he played here in the Pittsburgh area. When he played for his high school team, people would come from miles around to see him play. Pea

    Freak of nature, maybe.

I still think they should have made him a WR or RB. That could have been something to see.

I don't know about the sec. I saw Alabama play a couple games they were lucky to win. LSU almost beat Florida. Arkansas took it to Bama almost. Everyone looks beatable sometimes.

The one good thing about Oregon's showing was their ability to keep it from being a blow-out considering the very remarkable difference in possession time with the ball. Quite good that it wasn't more like 45 to 10......Bob Dodd

    BDodd,

I heard the announcer say at the end of the game that time of possession was 37 to 41...not that great of a margin?

When the winners of two weak conferences meet, someone has to win don't they?

As a college football fan (to be truthful it is an addiction), I watch a ton of games. I have spent the last few days inside watching nothing but bowl games! I didn't think Ohio State would win, neither did the Las Vegas Sportsbooks. They had Oregon a 3 1/2 to 4 point favorite. Granted, Las Vegas makes the line to encourage betting on both sides, so they make the vigorish/juice. Ohio State played a great game, and Pryor played exceptionally well! It was a great game, and I am glad the Buckeyes won! Congrats to all the Ohio State fans!

Hey Buzz, what? They played for 78 minutes???? What I saw was Ohio had the ball for 42 minutes and that only leaves 18 for others...;-)
