    ...or to have children?

Checkbox #1 would require proof that the applicant can read.

Checkbox #2 would require proof that the applicant pays taxes.

Checkbox #3 would require proof that the applicant can speak English.

Checkbox #4 would require proof that the applicant has not been indentified as a practicing pediphile, a communist, a leftist, a homosexual, a lesbian, or an escapee from an insane asylum.

    Checkbox #5.........

A back ground check is in place. The laws and judicial system we have are not being enforced. We have to many laws now. The lawyers have already made a cluster @#*! of the system we have.NO MORE LAWS.Enforce what we have.

"Enforce what we have" That would take another law.

Hows about requiring a picture ID to vote???? The Dems have been suing to prevent that for years. "To big of a burden, some folks can't
get transportation down town to get one". They sure as hell got downtown to register for foods stamps and to vote 6 or 8 times in the last election.

What about the senior citizens on a fix Soc Sec income that want to take possession of a firearm to protect themselves...wouldn't it be a burden on them to have to pay $50 to Miller's Gunshop just to justify their 2nd amendment right?

Any money paid out is a "poll tax". The same argument the left uses for voter IDs.
