Hoosiers - Indiana judge on ballot

    Just wanted to urge my fellow Hoosiers to vote to NOT retain Justice Steven David. This is the clown who wrote the majority opinion in "Barnes v Indiana" that says you have no right to reasonably resist unlawful entry by police into your home.

    While your at it - Say No to Joe - Joe Donnelly aka Barack O'Donnelly, DC Donnelly, Joe Pelosi Donnelly............

    Already said NO the above today in early voting, every Hoosier on this site should do the same.

    The really sad part was that it passed in the Indiana Supreme Court 3-2. Got to thank Senator Mike Young (R) of Indy for getting Mitch Daniels to authorize changes to the Indiana Castle Doctrine.
