You have it. As well look for the fine print, such as, "high gun", else its ties divide.

A Jackpot purse will be against the field. A regular purse will be class or yardage group based.

The program lists purse and yardage purse for most of the handicap events with an entry of $20. On Sunday, the name of the purse was changed to Jackpot Purse and the entry is $50. The purse option and the single jackpot purse are divided the same way (50/30/20).

The options are labeled purse, so ties would divide. A high gun purse would not divide ties but would pay the top three scores. In a purse, it the top score was 98 followed by two 97 and a 96 (divided 50/30/20), the 98 would get 50% or the purse, the two 97 scores would each get 15% and the 96 would get 20%. With the same scores in a high gun purse, the 98 would get 50% and the two 97 would get 25% each and no other score would pay.
