HELP!! beretta 391 piston seal clip falling off.

    Hi. I have beretta 391 trap the circlip which holds the piston seal in place keeps coming off. Please help me solve this problem. I bought and installed new seal washer and circlip AND IT IS STILL OCCURING

    Try putting the clip on the seal out of the piston if it goes on & stays put, you may nut getting it press down all the way--check the grooves on the seal to make sure they are clean. If you want I've got a used piston for sale $25.00 + shipping

    try a 3/8" clip its a little looser than original but will work. cost .50 jim w
