Hard case vs soft case

    When you are traveling to 1 day or 2 day local shoots, do you prefer the hard case that comes with some guns? do you carry in broken down or assembled in a soft case. Some how the aspect of assembling & disassembling the gun in the back of a car or truck seems to be inviting damage.

    My guns are in hard cases except when at the range and shooting - just handiest for me, no other magic.....Bob Dodd

    I use a hard case because I shoot a combo. Prior, I still liked a hardcase for anything except local shoots.
