There are 2 shooters I know that are coded with a D and K code. These codes are supposed to be at the shooters request. Here is the problem, they didn't request them. Whats up with that and has anyone else had this happen? Has anyone ever heard of this?

Per shooter request, they didn't request it. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen. One of them contacted A T A and said he didn't request it but it is still there. Has anybody else had this happen?

Don't believe they refused reduction. If they did they shouldn't have. I am one of the people that believe if you can't hold at least an 87 average you should take the reduction. But that's my opinion don't mean anything by it so please don't anyone get offended.
