HALL OF FAME TYPE TRAP GUNS!

    HELLO:
    we were talking at the gun club about trap guns that have been used over the years by alot of shooters and seem to have a special meaning to the sport.

    1. winchester model 12
    2. remington model 31
    3. remington 870
    4. browning bt99

    do you have any more that should be added to this list?

    It sounds like you do more talking at your gun club than shooting. Your always posting about all the talking your doing there but never about any shooting other than when you complain about things ... oh well I guess talking is cheaper than having to buy shells to shoot with.

    I shoot M-12'S AND 870'S mysely but I would think k-guns would be in there with Kay Ohye

    Rem 1100 and K-80 are a must. P's MX 15 should be in the mix.

    My vote is the Model 12. It was and still is used to turn targets into dust. I was always taught to beware of the guy with a Model 12. It was good advice 40 years ago and remains so now. I like to hear the Model 12 in action on my squad. Lots of memories and great guns. I take my K gun in every year for service and I have a Model 12 that has shot 10's of thousands more birds and it will do so for my great grand children, if they want to shot the legendary Model 12 without any annual service. Primary reason for switching was the effort when shooting doubles.

    Don't get me wrong...the K gun would probably not need so much service but I like to have it checked out before the Grand every year.....insurance.

    Keep grinding away.

    It would depend on your criteria. Age or wins or records.

    1. L.C. Smith SBT
    2. Ithica SBT Souza grade
    3. Winchester Mod 12
    4. Winchester mod 21 Trap
    5. Remington mod 32 TC and its variants K 32 K 80
    6. Browning Superposed
    7. Browning Bt 99 and its variants.
    8. Perazzi Comp Mx and variants
    9. Remington 870
    10. Remington 1100

    I feel like I'm missing some so for honorable mention, Winchester 101, Remington 31, and Parker SBT
