It oughta be legal, buy it if ya want it, if ya don't, just leave it be. No different than alcohol.

I'll agree to legal pot for liberals as soon as they agree to not ban my guns.

Brian, if you don't support their freedoms why would you think they would support yours?

I've never smoked it, but think it should be legal. I don't see the harm, other than they tie up traffic driving 25 to 30 mph in a 50mph speed zone.

I know, if ojackass gets reelected I'm going to start smoking pot and drinking moonshine on a regular basis.

I don't need it but I'd rather see American farmers get the money over the Narco terrorist.

I'd like to see a lot of gangsters (and the DEA-ATF} out of biz.

I see no difference of how people drive when they are on cell phones. So why are they not illegal?

    "half of America elected Obama"

half of America doesn't pay taxes either......wonder which half that is??

I'm sure that half would be able to get their weed on some government entitlement program after legalization.

and that'd be "pull dude", bang......WOW MAN, far out.

Our country's drug laws are doing for Mexico what prohibition did for organized crime in the 1920's.

I honestly believe if drugs were decriminalized in the U.S> unemployment would approach 20%.

    1) Police & prison guards would be about 50% of what they are now.

    2) emergency rooms would be nearly empty in big cities

    3) robberies to obtain money to support drug habit would be diminished

4)insurance costs would go down because of reduced thefts

5)and the biggest benefit--alot less lawyers
