I am looking for a over/under 20 gauge to use for upland hunting. I am looking for a gun that shoots a little high or can be adjusted to so with shims between the stock and reciever. How about some opinions or ideas.

I don't know of an O/U that adjusts with receiver shims. That is a semi-auto thing. Add an adjustable comb or a little padding to the comb (moleskin, etc.) to move your shot higher. Mark

I would look into a Browning XS with a adjustable comb. That's what I did.

You can shim the recoil pad to change the pitch a little, depending on your field style the POI may change. Comb adjustments, however are the easiest. Cheek-Eeze pads do it for me. They come in different thicknesses and can easily be removed if desired.

I have a Weatherby Orion that is very nice, 26 inch barrels and a hatful of chokes for 950 if you are interested.

    Kevin,
New Beretta 686 White Onyx, 20 ga., 28" barrels $1825.00. Add mole skin to comb to make it shoot higher.
