    Hi Folks,

Does anybody have a nice spreadsheet they would like to share? We have a 170 member club. I am looking for something to track dues, expenses, and just yearly general money inflows and outflows. I know we could make one but over time the sheet tends to evolve and get better and I am looking for the shortcut. If you've got one to share please send it to me by email and thanks. xxjcomptonod@yahoo.comxx just leave off the xx's. john

I have the same need as well. Our clubs past secretary did a very poor job at record keeping and the new board members want to get the place organized. Lack of funds prevent us from using an accountant.

    Thank You,

    Dave

Definitely Quickbooks software. Makes great monthly reports for the meetings, balances checkbook, keep as detailed records as you want or as simple as you want.
