Aha! That's down by Tinley Park and the Frankfort SC where I shoot when Johnny's skate boarding at Crush. Will have to look up the Blue Park Gun Club the next time I'm down there. Not much info on line about them. Anybody?

    Thanks, Joe

"Here is how the committee vote went:

    8 yes, 6 no, 1 present, and 2 absent
(17 total Commissioners, the President doesn’t vote)"

    Close vote.

Was down in the area last Sunday and didn't think to get over there. Looks like I missed the chance. I'm not sure I would have been able to shoot because they are a members only club. The Frankfort folks have allowed me to continue shooting once in a while. Being a member doesn't really make sense for me as I only shoot there 5 or 6 times a year and I'd rather just pay the full price for a round of trap.

Are there plans to continue the effort?

When the "clean up" bill arrives they will find that it would have been better to issue the permit. More political BS. Jake

What's the land like? Maybe the harvest of the shot would go a distance towards clean up.

I've always been interested in something indoors for year round shooting. It's just an idea you might trade into.
