The Guerini's are nephew's of B. Rizzini. They grew up working
for Rizzini. They went off on their own and started Guerini.
Guurini guns are improved versions of the Rizzini.

Don't know where you got your info, but the Guerini design is from Fabarm and bears no real similarity internally to the B Rizzini action, other than common names for the parts and a similar location for the locking wedge.

The info came from several published articles on the
Guerini. May may still be available on the Guerini
    website.

I don't know a lot about either of these guns, but I am very interested in learning more based on how this thread develops. Mike

Giorgio Guerini Runs the business of (Battista)B Rizzini. Ceasar Guerini was the Rizzini's uncle. He sold guns in the 50's? in Italy in his own name.

I don't have one of either to photograph, but if someone does, take the stocks off and photograph the actions. Two pictures should be worth 2,000 words. Giorgio told me the story of his departure from B. Rizzini and the beginnings of Guerini. The details don't coincide perfectly with explanations offered here, but that isn't pertinent to the question of the actions.

The B. Rizzini guns are his adaptation of the standard Brescia/Gardone action that several claim to have developed. It was/is used with minor variations by several of the Rizzini makers and others in the area.

It isn't the same action that Fabarm uses. How many writers of the articles mentioned do you think actually took the stocks off and looked inside the actions? None that wrote they are the same. Weights and handling characteristics are similar, but not the mechanics, unless your definition of similar is much broader than mine.
