    Isn't the brand of hull that you are loading determine what "type" of wad you use? I would think straight for Gold Metal, and tapered for STS and Winchester. Anybody else have any thoughts on this matter?

    I believe green dusters are a direct copy of the pink Winchester WAA12SL wad, and are therefore intended to be used with a tapered hull.

    Joe Z: The Federal hull which you are referring to is a Gold Medal as in an award.
