The Mark of Zorro, 1940, starring Tyrone Power and Basil Rathbone. They don't make movies like these any more. Enjoy.

To me, the most authentic sword fights are in the movie Master and Commander – The Far Side of the World, starring Russell Crowe as Captain Jack Aubrey.

This movie is based on the entire Aubrey–Maturin series of novels, 21 or 22 in total, by Patrick O'Brian. Master and Commander and The Far Side of the World are separate novels but the movie incorporates scenes from many of the works. If you like authentic seagoing adventure as I do, these books are a great read.

Regards to K1W1, Yoda was a great swordsman.

Oh well, the best of ALL TIME is the duel between Batman and the Penguin.

Boy, that Batman is just amazing! The original, by that I mean Adam West.

Forgot about the Kill Bill fight, the long one with Uma Thurmon up against the Crazy 88s and Lucy Lu was awsome!

You guys are friggin' out of your minds. There was only one sword fight noteworthy of being the best.

    Conan the Barbarian!

Any one of the fights he had in this movie were better than all the others.

Conan would chop Rob Roy, Vader, Darth Maul, Connor McCloud, the Kurgan, etc... to bits.

Conan was so tough he had others cry for him for Christ's sake.

One warrior, one sword fighter. Ask yourself who would you NOT want to see yourself faced against. Conan or Robby Roy?

Conan the Barbarian, the only fighter.

PS He would kick Chuck Norris' ass too.
