I have only one squirrel that comes to my bird feeder and sometimes my deck. My lab loves chasing it. The squirrel is getting real fat and someday the lab may catch it. Probably bad for the lab and will be bad for the squirrel because I will put a .22 through its head.

    That is sick.

I'd call the cops on the SOB.

Kill the damn squirrel if you must. Crippling an animal on purpose is a sign of mental and social problems.

Should you use 7 1/2's or 8's on launched squirrels? LOL

We have a lot of sickos in this world and obviously some right here. An animal is a living creature put on earth by God. If you must kill an animal to eat, that is acceptable, cruelty is not. Here in Idaho you could not get a weapons permit with felony animal cruelty charge. Animal cruelty is a felony here and I suspect in most other states also

The squirrel got the last laugh, look at the ending. He caught the bird feeder in mid flight and so had his goodies.

I would have done a lot more to the ones that made a nest in my soffit and ran around above the living room ceiling last winter.

    So I just poisoned them.

    Hi!
To the offended parties out there that think this is cruel.........I've been squirrel hunting over the years and have seen them fall out of an oak tree at least 60 feet tall, hit the ground with a thud, and scamper right back up again. They are TOUGH critters. Doubt very much if they were hurt in these videos. I LOVE squirrels. Love watching them play, run around, and scamper about. Funny video!

I suspect that all those tree rats are still alive. they are pretty tough critters. I also suspect that they will learn a way around the launch pad. They are quite cagey at getting food from a feeder and do learn quickly. We feed the squirrels next to our fence and that keeps them from the bird feeders as long as they have food in their feeder. The wimps need to ask themselves:

Did God put cats on this earth?

Because the cat he placed in my household kills squirrels just for the pure pleasure of it.

How about one of those launchers that will launch cats only? I bet the neighbors cats would find a new place to poop. Jeff

Feeling sorry for Rodents is like doing drugs, it will just escalate. First thing you know you'll be out trying to save the roaches.

That's a cool video! Those imported tree rats fly real good and don't get
hurt by it. (The trap thrower would hurt.)Besides, most game wardens that I
know say gray squirrels should be shot on sight because they are an invasive
species(Another gift from Europe)and are predators of our native red squirrels and birds. Treat a rat like a rat!

I want to see a super-size launcher set up for feral hog flingin'. Ya could
launch them into dump trucks and send 'em off to Oscar Meyer!

    Happy Blastin'
