I've also used Otto. He is great to deal with. Makes a real effort to satisfy. I've had a comb cut and a butt plate installed on a SBT, plus a hi-viz bead swapped out for a bradley style bead on my field gun's barrel. When I went to pick that one up, and mentioned a small thing he forgot to do, he took care of it at no charge. I recommend him.
