Out of curiosity, is there a reason that the Grand program comes out relatively close to the event? In other events that I attend, the national and world championships are well defined and publicised quite a bit further in advance. I am truly curious and this is not a criticism.

What is it in the Grand program that you need to know more than two months in advance?

The dates? They're set and publicized a year in advance.

The events? They're essentially unchanged from year to year.

The target price? It will be about the same as last year's.

The thing that "holds up" the publication of the program is most likely getting all the events sponsored.

Call Lynn Gipson, I'm sure he'd like to hear what ever suggestions you have for doing things better.
