    Jr...

...another gentleman posted in my Dave Shaeffer thread that he's picking "Diamond Dave" to win it all.

My prediction? I'm gonna go out on a limb and pick Chris Vendel. Chris has gone 98,97,98,98 in his first four cap events at the Grand. I'd say he's hitting them good... but that would be a massive understatement.

An unheard of 20 yard shooter.

Ethan McCauley, OK a 27 yard young gun. Last time I checked on five events a 100, 98, 97 in the caps. God I would love to be young and have that talent.

Scott Gens from Minnesota. To many 100 straights and 99's from the 27 yd. lines to mention. Shoot well and often. MnJim

It's hard for me to pick against Denis Bringelson, Ray Stafford, Billy Sayles, Ethan McCauley, etc., but after watching this year and the way Stu Welton from Idaho has shown a penchant for shooting the big score on the big day, I have to go with him. I don't know what the All-Around average record is for a year, but I gotta believe the year he is having is going to rank very high in the record books.

There are too many top 27 yard shooters to choose from, but I have to go with my Tiger Woods of Trapshooting, LEO HARRISON III, Second picks are, Kaye Ohye,
Chris Vendel, Ray Stafford, Dennis Bringleson, and an unknown 20 yarder from Kentucky.

I've shot with Chris Vendel too often to count him out...when the pressure is on, he's in high gear...He's my 1st choice this year.

Well I plan on shooting the GAH and will play some of the money, so I'm betting on myself winning it. Is there any other way to look at it?

"The Man" from Tribune Ks, his caps scores this week look like one of Neil'skyrocketing graphs. If not him, some unknown 18yd shooter. JMHO J.W.
