"He points out that there are almost 500,000 federal government employees earning more than $100,000 a year and receiving up to 10 weeks of annual vacation. Union leaders, meanwhile, typically earn more than 10 times as much as rank and file members, with salaries reaching more than $800,000 a year."

Makes me question the rest of his facts as government employees after 15 years of service earn 26 days of annual leave a year. 10 weeks? Who exactly gets more than 26 days? I know government employees and this just is bad information.

Salaries of $800,000.00? Yal right! No way are career government employees / government union leaders making more than $800,000.00.

If that were the case, it would be on the news every night! Fact is there are a lot of federal employees earning $100,000.00 or more a year! Between the various scientists in all the agencies from NASA to you name it, the medical doctors, career Officers in the military...

However, there are plenty of government workers that can hardly be considered over paid. I know of Border Patrol Agents that start off there careers in southern California, and just like young enlisted military, they qualify for WIC! And with them being law enforcement, they get a better retirement compared to the GS-5 clerk who is peaked and works 30 years minimum to retire, which is pretty much everyone else in the U.S.

Lots of misconceptions and bad information about federal employees and pay and this kind of misinformation is not helpful, it gets the general populace in an uproar over something that isn't happening!

HM Union heads love living on others dimes. Just like the current president has made a life out of it. No wonder they flock together. It is a liberal thing. Take credit for others accompolishments and take some of their money as well all in the name of fairness. Scum sucking douchebags.
