Nice work. I love that stuff and do all my guns that way. I've had maybe 1% of people not like it and there has been several times I was selling a gun and that made the sell.

He may have used a kit called Bonanza gold that you get at Brownells. Easy to use and you can't mess up your gun.

drhuner, looks great! Can you comment on the method you used? Will it adhere to a chrome or plated receiver?

Targetmaster is right "Bonanza gold that you get at Brownells " or Midway has it also, it is easy IF you follow the directions and dont let it get into areas that you dont want it, also it works best on deep engraving like on the 682 or 1100 remington also on barrel lettering... Have fun but order extra Cleaner the amount that comes with the Kit is not enough ( it is enough for one gun ) but not enough for the balance of the other two remaining products ( the gold dust and the Hardner ) Have fun and leave it set about 1 minute longer that the directions suggest, and wipe it off with something flay as not to wipe it out of the engraving, also wipe away from other embossed areas, because it will get into them also and can be hard to get off.... wipeing off is where you need the extra cleaner because it evaporates very rapidly.
